Cupping Therapy- 30 Minute | $60.00

Cupping uses a suction technique to create artificial inflammation and activates a natural healing response in the area. Cupping increases blood circulation, removes toxins, improves immunity, reduces inflammation, relieves muscle tension, and breaks up adhesions in connective tissue (knots). **Cupping may leave marks on the skin for anywhere between a few hours to 10 days. It is best to avoid hot showers, saunas, hot tubs, ice plunges etc. 4-6 hour after your session. Cupping only.

We have two therapists at Temple that have specialized training in pre/post-natal and labor support massage is perfect for those who are pregnant or postpartum. Keisha has an AA in Applied Sciences of Therapeutic Massage, she is certified as a pregnancy massage therapist and a postpartum doula. Tiana is a massage therapist and occupational therapist who has worked closely with various clients and health professionals in clinical settings.
