Free street parking is available along Bull and neighboring side streets. It can take a few minutes to find a spot, so we recommend arriving a little early to give yourself time to park and settle in.

Yes, please! Arriving 5–10 minutes early gives you time to navigate parking, use the restroom, enjoy a beverage, and ease into your experience. Intake forms are sent ahead of time, but if you haven’t completed yours beforehand, we kindly ask you to arrive early to do so.

Not at this time. We are located on the second floor of a historic building without an elevator or lift. We understand this is limiting and are actively exploring solutions to make our space more accessible in the future.

Whatever you’re comfortable in–come as you are! For facials and head spa services, you’ll change into a spa wrap. For massage, you’ll undress to your comfort level and be fully draped during the session.

We primarily book by appointment, but same-day sessions may be available! Call or text us to check real-time availability.

Tipping is always appreciated. A standard gratuity is 20%, in line with other personal service industries.

CANCELLATION POLICY

TEMPLE requires 48 hours notice for all cancellations and reschedules. Here’s how it breaks down: 

• Changes made within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of the services booked. Changes made within 24 hours will incur a 100% charge of services booked. 

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service.

• All appointments require a card on file and applicable fees will be charged accordingly. Gift Cards cannot be used towards the cancellation fee.

• This policy applies to appointments scheduled within a 48-hour window, as well!

If you need to cancel and we’re closed, just leave us a voicemail–we’ll honor the timestamp of your message.

Running late? 

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened or rescheduled. In either case, you’ll still be responsible for the full service fee.

Refunds and Packages 

All sales are final. We do not offer any money back-guarantees. If you’re booking a package, we recommend securing your preferred date and time before purchasing, as packages are also non-refundable.

Gift Card Policies:

• Gift Cards cannot be used towards a cancellation fee.

• Our Gift Cards expire and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

We have two massage rooms, so we don’t offer traditional side-by-side couples massages. But we love welcoming friends and partners to enjoy self-care at the same time! You’ll be in separate treatment rooms just across the hall.

Totally up to you. Whether you prefer light and relaxing or deep and therapeutic, your massage is fully customized. Let your therapist know how you’re feeling—we adjust in real time.

Relaxed, rejuvenated, and possibly a little sore for 24-48 hours—especially if you’ve received deeper work. That’s totally normal and a sign your body is responding to the treatment.

Drink plenty of water, take it easy, and give your body time to integrate the work. Avoid intense workouts or heavy lifting the rest of the day if possible.

It depends on your goals. Monthly is great for general wellness. Weekly or bi-weekly may be recommended if you're working through pain, stress, or specific issues.

You MUST wait AT LEAST 2 WEEKS after your botox or filler appointment to get a facial. This ensures the injectable has settled properly and avoids disrupting the results. However, you CAN receive Botox or filler any time AFTER your facial with no issue. Need to reschedule your facial? Just let us know at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. 

To ensure your skin is calm, receptive, and ready to receive treatment, we recommend avoiding:

• Excessive sun exposure or tanning

• Waxing or threading in the treatment area

• New or untested skincare products or treatments

• Heavy alcohol consumption (can increase skin sensitivity)

• Intense workouts immediately before your session

• Botox or filler (wait 2 weeks before your facial)

We recommend skipping makeup for at least 4-6 hours post-treatment to allow your skin to breathe and soak in all the good stuff. If makeup is necessary, opt for clean brushes and gentle, non-comedogenic products. 

For peels or more intensive facials, wait at least 24 hours before applying makeup.

Please avoid sweating and intense physical activity for 4-6 hours following your facial to prevent irritation and allow products to fully absorb.

For chemical peels or advanced treatments, wait at least 24 hours before resuming workouts. When you do exercise, cleanse your skin gently afterward and avoid touching your face during activity.
